How many years will a bell tent last?Updated a month ago

Our bell tents have been designed to last for years. However, we cannot guarantee this, as personal upkeep and maintenance is a huge factor, and usage of your tent can contribute to the lifespan of the canvas. 

Maintenance and upkeep is essential to prolong the lifespan of the canvas. We highly advise making sure the tent is completely bone dry before packing away, to prevent mould from developing in the canvas as this can be tricky to get rid of. If you set up the tent as a semi-permanent structure, we would highly advise reproofing/cleaning as often as required, this would be roughly around every 4-6 weeks. Bell tents in general are designed for temporary use, so if you only use the tent for camping trips throughout the summer, reproofing/cleaning once a year should suffice.
